See how the BOK panel supports us to improve the implementation of your orders and other notifications. Thanks to this, we are able to consider faster, among others complaints, returns.

Is the use of the Customer Service panel obligatory?

Not. However, if you want to file a complaint, return or query for an XML file, please contact the Customer Service panel.

What will happen if I do not use the BOK panel?

The BOK panel was launched to ensure the highest quality for our partners. Only people who work with us have access to it. That is why all reports from the BOK panel are a priority for us.

How do I submit a new application?

After logging in to the BOK panel by clicking on the "Add a new ticket" button.

If you send a message to kontakt@dropcom.eu this report is automatically created in your BOK panel. In the panel you will see the status and our responses. Of course, we will send you notification of all changes by e-mail.

However, when it comes to complaints, returns, IT support. You can also report them via email. However, you have to go to the Customer Service panel and set the department to which the report is to be sent.
