How to place orders?

Learn the rules for cooperation

Dropcom.eu is the first multi-industry wholesaler in Poland fully dedicated to the dropshipping market. Before starting cooperation, please read our regulations.

Learn how to place orders in the Drop

Cooperation in the model has its own rules. Learn how to properly place orders in the dropshipping model. Thanks to this, we will avoid misunderstandings and allow us to quickly process your order.

Where should I place orders?

Orders should be placed via the B2B panel - https://b2b.dropcom.eu. If you do not have an account, create one according to the instructions: dropcom.eu/how-is-the-registration-process

After logging in to the B2B panel, go to the Offer tab and search for the product we are interested in. We can add it to the cart directly from the product listing or by clicking on the name of the product and entering its tab.

Shipping orders

Most orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same day. The condition is that the order has been correctly entered, i.e. it does not contain errors, due to which the system will not automatically forward it for execution (e.g. an incorrect label was attached to the order).

Choosing the form of transport

  • delivery by our courier (on our labels) - select the company from the list by which the order will be shipped
  • delivery by your courier - select the "Own courier" option and attach a courier label to the order

Shipment of orders by own courier

When selecting "Own courier", the "Attachments to the order" field will appear. It is mandatory to attach a courier label in A6 format (100x150mm). How to properly generate a label in courier companies can be found in our guide: dropcom.eu/how-to-properly-generate-courier-label

The order will stay automatically suspended in executionif the attached label is of the wrong format (e.g. it will be in A4, not A6 format). In such a situation, BOK will contact you with a request to provide the correct label.

Note: BOK does not verify the correctness of data on attached labels. So if you attach a label with incorrect data (e.g. not to the customer, what needs it), but it will have the correct format, the order will be processed. We do not take responsibility for incorrect data on the attached courier labels.

Confirmation of postage for orders sent by own courier 
The warehouse works on data collectors, registering all operations in the order fulfillment process, therefore we rely only on internal statuses. Therefore, if the parcel in our system is marked as shipped, we consider it to be correctly transferred to the courier company.

It may happen, for example during the holiday season, when courier companies are burdened with the number of parcels, that your parcel is lost in transport or sorting. You must be secured against such a circumstance. For this purpose, it is possible to attach (optional field) confirmation of receipt by the courier. They can be generated in the courier company panel when generating the courier label.

We will have them signed by the courier when we deliver your package. If it does not reach the customer, such confirmation will be the basis for submitting a complaint to the courier company. Entering customer data If the order will be carried out by our courier, then in the "Delivery address" section, select the "other" option. Then complete the form.

You can decide whether to save the entered address in the system (it will then be on the list of proposed addresses).

Before placing an order, please select the payment method assigned to you. If you have a trade credit, deferred payment or arrears, all information will be available here.

Fulfillment of orders for bulky products

Many of the products in our offer are bulky products, incl. built-in grills, garden boxes, rainwater, wheelbarrows. Due to the weight or size, they are sent, e.g. by a pallet or a special courier company. For more information, please contact BOK: kontakt@dropcom.eu

Each product that belongs to this group has a special parameter assigned to it. Thanks to this, in the listing view, you can filter out all those that are dimensional or not.

If the shipment is our courier and the product is bulky or palletized, select the appropriate form of shipment. Otherwise, the courier will be changed at the implementation stage, which may cause delays in the execution of this order.

If you send by your own courier, you should check with the courier company about the commercial conditions for handling such orders. Please note that the courier company will charge you additional costs if you do not report the correct dimensions of the shipment.

The actual number of packages

We try to provide you with the necessary data about products. However, due to the variety of the assortment, the actual number of packages in which the order will be processed will be determined in the warehouse during packing.

Usually, most orders are shipped in one package, but there may be products that require multiple packages.

In such situations, BOK will individually contact you.

If the order is sent by our courier, BOK will ask if you agree to pay extra. However, if the order will be on your labels, then Customer Service Office will contact you with a request to generate additional labels.

Is it possible to send cash on delivery?

Yes, but only on your labels. If you want to send an order with cash on delivery, you must select the "own courier" option and attach a courier label to the order.

How do I pay for my order?

What e-commerce platforms are you integrated with?

Can this process be accelerated?

Do you accept complaints?

Please note that we only consider complaints resulting from a manufacturing defect and not mechanical damage by the user or the courier service.

We know how many complaints result from damage by courier companies, so we recommend that you inform and educate your customers to check the order with the courier for any visible signs of damage in transport. If it has one - a photo should be taken and a damage report written in the presence of the courier. Such a document is the basis for a complaint to the courier company.

The customer canceled the order. Can I return them?

In B2B sales, there is no right to 14-day returns, as in the retail market. However, we come out against it and offer such an opportunity. Complete the form: dropcom.eu/return-request-form

What couriers do we use to ship orders with?

Do we support InPost parcel lockers?

Shipment to parcel machines takes place only on the basis of your courier label.

Some of our products are located in parcel machines. Each product is assigned a characteristic, whether it will enter the parcel locker and which locker. If this information is missing on any product, please contact BOK: kontakt@dropcom.eu
