Yes. In order to determine the frequency of issued collective invoices, please contact us contact from BOK.
At dropcom.eu, we meet our partners' expectations and accept returns. The cost of returning the goods to the warehouse is PLN 15,50 gross. This is a fee for additional warehouse work.

Please remember that when selling products to retail customers, you should take into account the rights of consumers who buy goods remotely. They are different from the rights enjoyed by entrepreneurs.

Please note that we only consider complaints resulting from a manufacturing defect and not mechanical damage by the user or the courier service.
We know how many returns are due to damage by courier companies, so we recommend that you inform your customers to check the order with the courier for any visible signs of damage in transit. If it has one - a photo should be taken and a damage report written in the presence of the courier.

The shipment is handled by the following companies: DPD, DHL, InPost. However, you can order any courier and give us the label. More information can be found here: dropcom.eu/spoposy-delivery
Yes, but only on your labels. An appropriate label should be added to the order, which will be printed and glued to the package.

If the product fits in a parcel locker, it will be packed under a parcel locker
How to check if the product will enter the parcel locker?
Each product is assigned a characteristic, whether it will enter the parcel locker and which locker. If this information is missing on any product, please contact BOK.
On the product listing, you can use filtering and searching for products, e.g. which can be found in the parcel locker only in box A.
