What does the order fulfillment process look like?
It should be remembered that the execution of Dropcom.eu orders is highly automated, which translates into quality and speed of execution. If you have any questions, please contact us.
What are order statuses and what do they mean?
The status visible in the B2B panel is assigned automatically by our system when a specific event occurs (e.g. payment is posted, courier arrives, etc.).
The Customer Service Center also relies on these statuses as they reflect exactly what is happening with the order.
In the next column we present a list of statuses and an explanation of what they mean. To read the status description, click on it.
Statuses appear on the list of orders, which can be found in the B2B panel in the tab: https://b2b.dropcom.eu/b2b-zamowienia
The order has been registered in our system and begins to be processed by the system, incl. payments are checked.
The order is pending payment (if you do not have trade credit / deferred payment or limits have been exceeded).
The order has been transferred to the warehouse to the so-called "Picking", ie the warehouse worker collects the goods from the shelves.
Your order has been placed on the packer's table, where it is prepared for shipment.
The order has been packed and is waiting for the courier to arrive.
The order has been picked up by the courier. At this status, the consignment note number appears in the order view.
The consignment note number is also sent by e-mail.
The order has been canceled at your request or by BOK.
When can I still edit / cancel my order?
The process of order fulfillment is highly automated, which translates into speed and quality in their implementation. At the same time, it limits the change of orders that can already be processed by the system.
If you want to edit the cancellation or edit the order, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Shipping by Dropcom.eu courier. Where can I find the consignment note number?
The waybill number appears for orders with the status "Shipped".
You will find it in the order view, which you can access via the "Your orders" tab.
It is also automatically sent via email.
