Below we have collected the most important information on how to start cooperation with us. We have been on the B2B market for over 20 years. We have dedicated solutions for the implementation of dropshipping orders. We also provide APIs for integration that allow you to automate order fulfillment.

Remember to check that you have filled in all the fields correctly before approving the form.

Analysis of the application

After successful registration, I will receive a system e-mail notification confirming the registration. You should now wait for a contact from a sales representative who will verify your company.

ATTENTION! To be able to cooperate with us, you must run a registered business. We do not plan to cooperate with people who do not have business activity.

What does the registration process look like?

We have a limited quantity for new dropshipping partners every year. Therefore, if you are interested in cooperation - please register. On page dropcom.eu/how-is-the-registration-process we discussed how this process works. If there are other questions, please contact the Customer Service Center.

Account activation in the B2B panel

Within 24 hours of receiving the application, the guardian will contact you and explain the rules of cooperation during a short phone call or e-mail.

The account will then be activated for access:

  • online warehouse panel
  • XML file
  • API for dedicated two-way integrations

Remember that you can contact your sales representative with any topic or question regarding cooperation.

Placing orders

In the e-mail from the sales representative, you will receive login details - login and starting password.

Orders are shipped by our courier or on your labels. We try to fulfill orders on the same day. More information: dropcom.eu/spoposy-delivery

The forms of settlement are agreed with the sales representative individually. More information: dropcom.eu/policy-payment

Operational and after-sales cooperation

In case of any difficulties, please contact your sales representative who will help you solve them.

The order fulfillment status is available in the "Your orders" tab in the online warehouse panel: b2b.dropcom.eu/b2b-zamoszenia. In the B2B panel, you can also generate PDF invoices, a list of outstanding orders and the number of the bill of lading, if the order is sent by our courier.

If the order shipped has manufacturing defects, you can file a complaint with us. We also accept returns. More information: dropcom.eu/complaint-and-return-policy
