This roasting pan is made of thick solid aluminum with a hard anodized inner surface and has stainless steel handles. The hard anodized outer surface is scratch-resistant and the inner surface is non-stick coated for easy cooking and cleaning. The roasting pan fits as a removable module with grills in the CADAC Meridian and Titan series grills.
