The B2B panel is used to place orders, preview product data (inventory, prices, parameters). On the other hand, the BOK panel is used to handle requests, incl. complaints, returns, problems with the XML file. If you have questions about our services - please contact the Customer Service Center.
B2B panel for placing orders
Only after logging in to the Dropcom.eu B2B panel, you can get to know the assortment in detail, including: inventory, prices, logistics parameters. In the panel you can also download an XML file for integration and place an order. Find out more here: dropcom.eu/how-cooperation looks like
Customer Service panel for handling notifications
Access to the Customer Service panel is granted automatically after we accept the access to the B2B panel. If we start cooperation, you will receive an e-mail with information on how to log in to the BOK panel.
