Orders from the marketplace are downloaded to the Order Manager. You can decide whether to use its capabilities, or to use BaseLinker only as an intermediary and handle all sales from the level of your online store (or another system, eg ERP). The order is handed over automatically a moment after its submission! It will be visible in your store just like other orders placed there. Stock synchronization will take place without your participation - at the time of transferring the order, the system will reduce the inventory of purchased products by itself.
Shipping management
Instead of logging in to each carrier's panel separately, you can manage the entire shipment directly from BaseLinker Order Manager. All courier integrations available in the system enable single and mass shipment of parcels.
The customer calmly waits for the shipment, if he has the ability to monitor the progress of the order. The system will take care of his (and your) peace of mind by sending him an e-mail or SMS with a link to track the shipment. The current status of the courier can also be checked on the unique information page about the order. You do not have to remember to send notifications - the automatic actions module will do it for you, which will inform the customer about each change of the package status.
