Introductory information on returns

At Dropcom.eu, we meet our partners' expectations and accept returns. The cost of returning the goods to the warehouse is PLN 15,50 gross.

Please remember that when selling products to retail customers, you should take into account the rights of consumers who buy goods remotely. They are different from the rights that entrepreneurs are entitled to (B2B cooperation).

What is the return procedure?

1. Please contact your sales representative by e-mail and provide him with the necessary information
2. Send the order to the warehouse address: Wola Batorska 1018 32-007 Zabierzów Bocheński
3. You will receive an invoice by e-mail for payment for the warehouse work

ATTENTION! The returned goods must be undamaged and packed in original, new packaging.

What does the complaint form look like?

  1. we consider complaints only resulting from a manufacturing defect, and not mechanical damage by the user or the courier company
  2. Each time, customers should be informed to check the order with the courier for any visible signs of damage in transport. If it has one - a photo should be taken and a damage report written in the presence of the courier. Then you must resolve the complaint with the courier company. The company Kamai.pl Sp. z o. o. is not a party in the event of damage to the order by the courier company
  3. the complaint should be reported to the sales representative, where the necessary documentation should be sent to allow for quick consideration of the complaint (problem description, photo, etc.)
