We ship orders from one warehouse near Kraków to every country of the European Union. To countries other than Poland, we ship only on your courier labels.

Shipping to the EU on your labels

Create an A6 label with your carrier.
In the cart, choose „Kurier własny” (own courier) and attach the label.
We pack the parcel and hand it over to the courier.

We ship a correct order from our warehouse within 24 hours. We do not quote delivery times to customers in each country: they depend on the carrier.

Companies outside Poland and payments in EUR

We work with companies from across the EU. You send payments in euro to the Kamai.pl Sp. z o.o. EUR account. The rules are the same as for payments in PLN, including trade credit and deferred payment.

Customs, VAT and consumer law in EU countries

When you sell to consumers in other countries, you are the seller and you are responsible for VAT, consumer law and customer information in each country. We do not give tax advice: ask your accountant.
