Four steps
From registration to a parcel at your customer’s door in four steps

Registration
You open a business account at b2b.dropcom.eu. It takes about 5 minutes. We check your company and activate the account, usually within 24 hours on working days.

Integration
Once your account is active, you get access to the B2B panel and the XML file. You add the file to your shop or sales system, for example BaseLinker.
XML and integrations -
Sales
Your customer buys in your shop or on a marketplace. You place the order in the B2B panel at b2b.dropcom.eu.
Orders and cart -
Shipping
We pack the parcel and ship it to your customer, with our courier or on your label. You see the tracking number and invoices in the panel.

Who can work with Dropcom.eu
- Registered businesses from Poland and other EU countries (in Poland: an entry in CEIDG, the register of sole traders, or in KRS, the court register of companies).
- Online shops and marketplace sellers, including businesses that are just starting out.
- We do not work with private individuals or people without a registered business.
The number of places for new partners each year is limited. We may decline to open an account.

Who does what
What we do and what you do
Our side
- Order processing is automated. A correct order placed by 12:00 usually leaves the same day.
- Shipping to all EU countries from our warehouse in Wola Batorska near Kraków (outside Poland on your labels).
- Help from our team with the product range, orders and order status, plus basic help with integrating the XML file, Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00 (CET).
- The free Dropcom AI assistant, Mr Drop: answers many questions about orders, shipping, the XML file and how we work, 24/7.
- Returns and complaints from B2B partners under our terms and conditions.
- Sales materials: photos and descriptions in the XML file, which you can use in your shop and on your marketplace accounts.
Your side
- Sales and the contract with the end customer. You are the seller to your customer.
- Contact with your customer, their complaints and returns in line with consumer law.
- Up-to-date product data in your shop: our terms recommend syncing the XML file at least once a day.
- A correct order: shipping option, A6 label, payment reference.
