Oversized and pallet products
Some products exceed the size of a standard parcel. Shipping them costs more and needs a different delivery method, so choose it when you place the order.
What counts as oversized, and what as a pallet
An oversized shipment is a parcel over 30 kg or longer than 120 cm. A pallet shipment is over 70 kg, over 120 cm, or an order made up of many items.
Examples from our range:
- large BBQ grills (on a pallet), built-in grills,
- garden storage boxes, rainwater tanks,
- wheelbarrows, composters.
The „produkty gabarytowe” filter in the B2B panel
Every oversized product has a special feature in the panel. With the „produkty gabarytowe” (oversized products) filter and the „Produkt paletowy” (pallet product) feature, you can show only these products or hide them.
How to order an oversized product

| With our courier | In the cart, choose the „gabaryt” (oversized) or „paleta” (pallet) shipping option. If you choose a standard parcel, we change the courier during processing, which delays shipping. |
| With your courier | Check your carrier’s terms for oversized items and give the real dimensions. Carriers add charges when the dimensions do not match. |
An 80×62×35 cm parcel is oversized with InPost and DHL, because one side exceeds 60 cm. You see the cost of oversized and pallet shipping in the cart.
Include the shipping cost in your price
When you list an oversized product in your shop or on a marketplace, set a higher delivery cost. You find the dimensions and weight of every product in the panel and in the XML file.
