You choose the shipping option for each order

Which couriers we work with

DPD, DHL, GLS, Raben and InPost collect from our warehouse every day. With our courier, we ship via DHL, DPD and InPost.

You can send us a label from another carrier, for example Pocztex. In that case you book the collection from our warehouse yourself.

Parcel dimensions and weight

With DHL and InPost a parcel counts as oversized if even one side exceeds the limit. Couriers also charge by volumetric weight, not only actual weight.

Several products in one order

Every product in the panel has its dimensions and weight. Before you place an order, check that everything fits within the parcel limit.

A cool box and 10 ice packs fit in one parcel. Five folding chairs, a camping table and a grill will most likely go on a pallet.

If a parcel exceeds the limits, we may put the order on hold. We then contact you about adjusting the cost or changing the delivery method. If you choose a pallet and the order fits in a parcel, we change the delivery method and refund the difference.

How to prepare your own label

The system prints your label in the warehouse after the parcel is packed. That is why it must be A6 (100×150 mm) and attached unchanged.

1. Choose „Kurier własny” (own courier). The „Załączniki do zamówienia” (Order attachments) field appears. The label is required.
2. Attach an A6 label as a PDF. An A4 label stops the order: we will ask for a correct one, and the order goes to the back of the queue.
3. Combine several shipping labels into one PDF: one A6 page is one label. Three labels means three pages.
4. We do not check the details on the label. A label in the right format but with a wrong address will be shipped, and you are responsible for the details.

How to create an A6 label with the carrier

DHL

The A6 label from the DHL panel is always correct.

InPost (courier and Parcel Lockers)

When creating the label, choose the A6P format.

DPD

When creating the label, choose the „Etykieciarka” (label printer) option.

Proof of collection by the courier. With your own courier, you can attach the proof of collection generated together with the label. We print it and give it to the courier to sign. If the courier loses the parcel, we send you a scan.

Parcel Lockers, Allegro SMART, cash on delivery

• Parcel Lockers: we ship to InPost Parcel Lockers only on your labels. In the panel, every product has a feature showing the locker size (A, B, C) or „Nie” (no). In the product list you can filter, for example, only products that fit locker A. If a product does not have this feature, write to biuro@dropcom.eu.
• Allegro SMART: choose „Kurier własny” (own courier) and attach the label from Allegro.
• Cash on delivery: available on your labels.

Your company is the sender on the parcel

Every parcel has bright tape asking the recipient to check the contents in front of the courier, and a warehouse label.

The warehouse label shows:

• the sender: your company name,
• the recipient: the details from the „Inny adres dostawy” (Other delivery address) field,
• the ERP order number (shown in „Twoje zamówienia”, Your orders),
• the list of packed products with name, EAN and quantity.

What to do if a parcel arrives damaged

1. Ask your customer to check the parcel in front of the courier before signing for it.
2. If there is visible damage, the customer takes a photo and writes a damage report with the courier.
3. Shipped with our courier: send us the damage report, a photo of the packaging and a description of what happened.
4. Shipped with your courier: you file the claim for the transport service with the carrier yourself.

We do not treat transport damage as a product complaint: it is reported to the carrier. When a parcel has the status „Wysłane” (Shipped) in our system, it has been handed over to the courier (the warehouse works with handheld data scanners).

Shipping abroad

To EU countries other than Poland we ship only on your A6 courier labels.
