Opening an account in the B2B panel

You open a business account at b2b.dropcom.eu in about 5 minutes. Registration is free. Once your account is active, you get the B2B panel and the XML product file.

Only businesses can open an account

We work with registered businesses (in Poland: an entry in CEIDG, the register of sole traders, or in KRS, the court register of companies; in other EU countries: the equivalent business register). It does not matter whether you already have a shop or are just starting.

You cannot open an account if:

  • you are a private individual or do not have a registered business,
  • the company check is negative (we may decline registration without giving a reason).

Selling through a business incubator or an enterprise support foundation? Write to biuro@dropcom.eu before you register.

The number of places for new partners each year is limited.

Step 1

The form at b2b.dropcom.eu/rejestracja

Polish companies enter their NIP (Polish tax identification number) and click „pobierz dane z GUS” (fetch data from GUS, the Polish statistics office register). Most fields then fill in automatically. Companies from other countries enter their details by hand. Check all the details before you send the form.

What you provide:

  • the full company name as registered, your tax or VAT number and registered address,
  • delivery addresses, if they differ from the registered address,
  • the company e‑mail and phone number,
  • details of the people who will place orders.

Finally, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. For dropshipping you also accept a data processing agreement, because you pass us your customers’ details for shipping.

You usually do not need to send registration documents: we check your company in KRS and other public registers. If we need an extra document, we will ask for it by e‑mail.

Step 2

Automatic e‑mail

After you send the form, you receive an e‑mail confirming your registration, with information about working with us. This e‑mail does not yet mean your account is active.

Step 3

Company check and account activation

We review the application and usually activate the account within 24 hours on working days. If anything is missing, we will write to you by e‑mail. The rules of working with us are in the guides and the terms and conditions.

Once activated, you have access to:

  • the B2B panel with prices, stock levels and orders,
  • the XML product file, which you add to your shop.

Until activation you cannot place orders, see stock levels or download the XML file.

Step 4

First login

Your login is the e‑mail address you registered with. You receive a starting password by e‑mail. Change it in the panel after your first login.
