XML file and integrations

The XML file is your Dropcom.eu offer in a format that shops and integrators can read. You paste the link into your platform, and the products, photos, descriptions and stock levels appear in your shop.

What the XML file contains

  • product names, categories and descriptions,
  • technical attributes, including EAN and dimensions,
  • links to photos,
  • stock levels and availability,
  • your prices: we generate a separate file for each client, with their own price list.

The file is generated automatically in the CENEO format, the one most widely used in Poland. We can prepare a different file structure on request.

The file contains every product in the panel, including out-of-stock ones. Whether they show in your shop depends on your platform’s settings.

Product names and descriptions in the file are in Polish.

You may use the photos and descriptions from the file to sell products bought from Dropcom.eu: in your shop, on your marketplace accounts and in your own materials. You may not resell them or pass them on.

You find the file link in the B2B panel

  1. Log in to the B2B panel (the file is available once your account is active).
  2. Open the „XML” tab in the top menu.
  3. Right-click the link and choose „Copy link address”.
  4. Paste the link into the import settings of your platform or integrator.

Your system is not on the list? The XML file uses the CENEO format, so most platforms can read it with a standard import. Ask Mr Drop or your software provider.

Check the file in three steps

  1. Open the file link in Chrome or Firefox. If you see text with tags, the file has been generated correctly.
  2. Compare a few products with the B2B panel: stock (stock), availability (avail: 1 available, 0 unavailable), name, EAN and attributes. The link to the product in the panel is in the url attribute.
  3. Check the last download date under the link in the „XML” tab. An old date means your platform has stopped downloading the file. In that case, contact your shop software provider.

Stock in your shop differs from the panel?

Platforms do not download the file continuously, but every 15 minutes, every 30 minutes or every few hours. In peak season (Christmas, early May holidays, summer) a product can sell out before your shop updates the stock.

What you can do:

  • check stock in the panel for your best-selling products,
  • ask whoever runs your integration to download the file more often, in peak season for example every 5–10 minutes,
  • hide a product when you are not sure about its stock.

Our terms recommend syncing product data at least once a day.

You place orders in the B2B panel

The XML file brings products, photos, descriptions and stock levels into your shop. When a customer buys, you place the order in the b2b.dropcom.eu panel.

Basic questions about the XML file (where the link is, what it contains, how to check that it works) are free. Need help configuring your shop or integrator? Buy an expert-support package and our consultant will help you.

How to place an order

Do you run an e‑commerce platform or implement shops for clients?

We would be glad to see Dropcom.eu on your platform. The XML file uses the CENEO format and this guide describes its structure. Tell us which platform you run and we will get back to you.

We can prepare a joint promotion: a discount, a product or a service for your clients, in return for announcing the Dropcom.eu integration (mailing, post).
