How it works
From choosing a package to your first session
Choose a package
Write to Mr Drop or to biuro@dropcom.eu: the package, your company VAT number and what you need help with.
Pay upfront
We send a pro forma invoice. Once the payment arrives, we book your first session.
Online sessions
We meet on video, you share your screen and we work on your account. You never share passwords.
E-mail summary
After every session you get a list: what we did, what is left and how many hours remain in your package.
- Online sessionsVideo with screen sharing, Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00 (CET), in Polish or English.
- 15-minute blocksThat is how we count time. Work without you counts too, when it is within the package scope.
- Valid for 60 daysFrom the payment date. Hours not used by then expire.
- Top up any timeWhen you run out of hours, buy another package and we carry on.

How is expert support different from free help?
For free we help with orders and order status, our range and basic information about the XML file. You also get guides, the FAQ and Mr Drop 24/7. Setting up Allegro, your shop or your integrator and publishing listings together is expert support, sold in hour packages.
Will you publish my listings in the Starter package?
No. In Starter we answer your questions, review your settings and show you what to change. Publishing your first listings together starts with the Setup package; preparing materials for a chosen listing is part of Launch.
Do I have to share my account passwords?
No. We work in an online session: you share your screen and click in your own account while the consultant guides you step by step.
How long is a package valid?
60 days from payment. We book sessions by e-mail on working days, Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00 (CET).
Will you publish 200 listings for me or run my ads?
That is outside the packages. Listing at scale, Allegro Ads and Amazon Ads campaigns and running a shop are complex services of the KAMAI team at kamai.pl.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Package prices are net; 23% VAT is added. Payment is upfront, based on a pro forma invoice.
